Betrayed
by her evil sister Ravenna (Charlize Theron), heartbroken Freya (Emily Blunt)
retreats to a northern kingdom to raise an army of huntsmen as her protectors.
Gifted with the ability to freeze her enemies in ice, Freya teaches her young
soldiers to never fall in love. When Eric (Chris Hemsworth) and fellow warrior
Sara defy this rule, the angry queen does whatever she can to stop them. As war
between the siblings escalates, Eric and Sara unite with Freya to end Ravenna's
wicked reign.
It
all started when Queen Ravenna (Charlize Theron), who seized control of her
kingdom by marrying and killing its rightful ruler, in “Snow White & the Huntsman", it is
because she needs the life force of young maidens to maintain her beauty.
However, to become truly immortal, Ravenna must consume the heart of her
stepdaughter Snow White (Kristen Stewart). Snow escapes, and Ravenna dispatches
a huntsman (Chris Hemsworth) to capture her. But Snow, the Huntsman and a rebel
army joins forces to destroy Ravenna and restore the balance of life and death.

Funny
story --- before I get into the review, my husband and me didn’t really plan to
watch a movie. Definitely it is because the traffic were so bad bila petang,
dengan hari jumaat lagi. He decided to chill while.
We
took our chance to watch “Huntsman: Winter War” and suddenly a Chinese lady
approach us to get her free ticket RM15 for two tickets. LIKE WOW! husband
rezeki kawin. Yelah satu ticket RM17 kalau dua dah berapa? Ni dapat RM15 for
two je. Yeayyy! Thanks lady, sorry didn’t even get your name!
Then
Husband nam minum chatime, I don’t feel like one so decide to get only one
drink. Tiba kat dalam kad member chatime got one free drink to redeem, and just
need to pay RM1.30 --- rezeki lagi hihi. Alhamdulillah. Okay enough. Lets get into the review.

My Quick Thoughts: It is Flat and didn’t
surprise me at all. And when it ended I felt – “lah macam tu je?” It is yet
funny but still I don’t feel much excited and the climax was quite not bad and
okay lahh. Tapi the resolution of the story, hrmm. But the movie makes me
relate it with the ice queen from NARNIA. I think they try to relate it. Or
maybe it is just me? When ice queen Narnia culik the poor boy and Freya in
Huntsman did the same and she trains them all to be huntsman to protect her. The journey is fine but not as much exciting
like the “Snow White”
I don’t
want to give any spoilers in anything. But I shall give the movie 3 Stars :) Feel
free to watch and all this opinion are honest from my heart. Maybe you had a different thoughts? No harm I plan
while typing the review. Thanks for
reading!
Till Then.
